Requirements for 4K recording

Windows devices requirements for 4K recording:

• 16GB RAM or higher
• Window OS 10 or higher
• Intel i5 or i7 (Broadwell or newer) processor
• Screen resolution of 1920×1080 or higher
• CPU benchmark: 6000 or higher
• PC power and screen: on full power mode (no battery saving)

Mac devices requirements for 4K recording:

• macOS 10.15 (Catalina) or higher
• (Macbook Pro, iMac, Mac-mini) 2015 or later
• USB 3 port for the camera + another USB port for the remote control pedal
• PC power and screen: on full power mode (no battery saving)

Please ensure there is hardware space to store the recordings. 1 hour of 4K recording needs 12 GB of space.
